ダンス未経験で恥ずかしい思いをしないか心配。大人数での振り付け指導についていけなかった。ベリーダンスについて深く知りたい。そんな方にはぴったりの少人数制レッスンです！

 

Nisreenは振り付けだけではなく文化背景や音楽への理解も深めることを大切にレッスンしており、丁寧かつ深い智識に裏打ちされた指導に定評があります。じっくりとレッスンを進めていきますので、安心してご参加ください。

 

■このレッスンで学べること

 

・インナーマッスルのきたえ方・即興で自由に踊れるようになる方法・異なるベリーダンス（オリエンタルダンス）のスタイルの知識　（エジプシャンオリエンタル、ターキッシュオリエンタル、レバニーズオリエンタル、アメリカンキャバレーなど）・フィンガーシンバルやヴェールなどのプロップの優雅な使い方・安全にフロアーワークをする方法

■日時 毎週土曜日　14時開始（※変更になることがございます。また完全予約制です。事前にお問い合わせください。）

４－６人までの少人数制。

オンラインでも細かいところまで丁寧にレッスンいたします。

・ZOOM使用時、映像と音声のずれや、映像の途切れが生じる場合がございます。参加者全員が同じ状態でレッスン遂行が一切不可能となった場合など一部の条件を除き、ご返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

If you're a beginner afraid to start dancing for the first time or have been burned by confusing choreography before, this class is for you. 

Dance Instructor Nisreen is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with both Classic and Modern styles, breaking the movements down so advanced dancers and newcomers alike can learn easily and with pleasure!

​The student-teacher ratio is kept low so you can receive a lot of personal instruction. Enjoy a multi-cultural experience in a cozy and warm environment!

The student-teacher ratio is kept low (students up to 4―６) so you can receive a lot of personal instruction even online.

Package duration: +3 weeks

e.g. If you purchase a 4 lesson package that is from Oct 31st to Nov 21st, that ticket will be good until Dec 12th.

Regretfully We cannot offer refunds in such circumstances unless this problem simultaneously affects all participants to the extent the lesson can not proceed.

The minimum lesson fee is 5,000yen (depending on the content). The transportation and the rent for the studio will be separately charged.
